1. About Provision of Personal Information to the 3rd Patry ① <GCEM> ('www.gcem.co.kr‘ hereinafter referred to as the ‘GCEM Homepage') shall provide the 3rd party with personal information only in case of belonging to Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act including the consent of an owner of information and the act’s special regulation.

② <GCEM> ('www.gcem.co.kr') provides the 3rd party with personal information as follows:

• Collection method: Homepage
• Those who receive personal information: GCEM
• Purpose to use personal information by those who receive it: Operation of Customers’ Voice and Q&A
• Period of maintaining and using personal information by those who receive it: The information provided to the 3rd party shall be deleted immediately after the purpose to provide it to the 3rd party is completed.
